A Cu-Au-Ag occurrence located in sec. 5, T10S, R12E, about 1 mile SW of Owl Head Buttes along Owl Head Ranch Road, on private land.

Mineralization is hosted in volcanic rocks. Ore consists of calcite veinlets with selvages of sericite and chalcopyrite. Some chalcopyrite occurs in the calcite.

Workings include 4 prospects.

Assay data: Assay report (for William Ewing, 1970) gives 0.58 oz/ton Ag, 2.60% Cu for unspecified ore sample.
