Deposit type: Dimension stone - sandstone
Geology: Mn mineralization 9.1 % Mn beds underlain by basalt flows and overlain by beds of gypsum. Dips range from 20 - 45 deg.

Deposit: General size of ore body is large.
Geology: 4.5 m thick basalt flow separates 2 manganiferous beds.
Structure: Se Plunging Syncline, Minor Ns Faults.
