Deposit: Workings explore bleached zones in rhyolitic welded tuff. Manganese oxides and iron oxides are present in sheared parts of the alteration zones in some of the workings, and some thin quartz veins are present. A sample of remaining vein material was found to contain 2000 ppm silver and more than 2% lead. A sample of altered welded tuff contained 500 ppm silver and a small amount of lead and manganese.

Development: Breckenridge listed as not active in mining in 1999.
