Deposit: Gold ore is localized by brecciated zones in dolomite located in lower NE W york canyon which was the site of the initial discovery in the district. E. Affranchino of eureka, did some work on the tunnel in the early 60's, but the relatively small amounts of gold-rich ore appear to be unlike the Ag-Pb ore found elsewhere (nolan 1962) ; info.src : 1 pub lit
