Structure: Ne Structural Trend
Deposit: Cinnabar forms crystalline bunches in Fe & Mn-stained calcite vein and small isolated lenses along contact of vein and limestone. Cinnabar also coats the sheared walls of the vein. Some pieces of the ore are retort grade
Deposit type: Hot-spring Hg
Development: Property was developed by mr. Lawrence in 1924, mr.wiley in 1926, bert downing in 1928, frank tessier and o. E. Swan in 1930 and h. E. Simpson and jack omar in 1940. In 1942 it was relocated by simpson, who held it until at least 1948, but reported no mining or production. It is reported that several years ago, 2 flasks of mercury were recovered from ore packed down from the mine in 50-pound sacks and taken to retorts at fitting. Little development since 1943
