A former Mn occurrence/mine located in secs. 19, 20, 29 & 30, T14N, R10E, G&SRM, 2.5 km (1.6 miles) NNW of Clints Well. The property comprises 14 lode claims of which 4 are patented.

Mineralization is a Mn deposit hosted in Late Permian Kaibab Limestone. The ore body is 2.44 meters thick with a depth-to-top of 15.24 meters. The ore occurs in seams & lenses. The majority of deposits conform to strike and dip of the enclosing limestone. Local rocks include .

Workings include surface and underground openings covering an area of 0.219 HA, with an overall depth of 21.34 meters, overall length of 152.4 meters and overall width of 15.24 meters, and comprised of trenching bottomed in detrital material, removing only varying amounts of Mn fragments. The trench does not exceed 20 feet in depth.
