Most important operation in the liberty of the Trust Lords of Kettlewell, situated to the east of the village in Dowber Gill.
The grid reference supplied is for Middle Level the other principal working being Rain Slack Low Level at SD98547295. Veins worked were Hooksbank, Dowber Gill, Smith's, Old Providence, Exhibition, Australia and Rain Slack.
Brackmint Level (SD98607312), although part of this group of mines, worked veins on the Cam Pasture sett to the north-west.
