A claim group located east of Wickenburg.
A mine/claim that is claimed by the Daisy Mountain Rock and Mineral Club. It was originally called the Blue Owl Mine.
One of the club's members, Dave Haneline, passed away on September 30, 2020. He was instrumental in the club purchasing the claim. According to the Daisy Mountain Rockchips newsletter (Volume 5, Issue 10) that was released in October 2020, "Dave was so excited about the recent club purchase of the Blue Owl Mine, and was embracing the position of Claim Manager." At that time, the club board was planning to rename the mine the "Dave Haneline Memorial Mine" or "Haneline's Amethyst Hill Mine." The first name was ultimately chosen in his honor.
Barite, cerussite, and cleaved calcite that often fluoresces red in UV light have been found here.
