The mine was developed on a north-south lode extending from beyond the crest of the hill to the south and into the valley floor as far as the stream to the north.
To the south there are several tips amongst the forestry and one open shaft, though no mineralisation is evident in the spoil. At the crest of the hill a tip stands alongside the road and extends back to a capped shaft collar. This tip produces some galena.
The main site was however developed around what are now 3 hairpin bends in the road with a tramway passing through the upper bend and on to Ceunant Mine on the far hillside. The bed of the tramway is still apparent and is in part a public footpath. A capped shaft collar (pictured) stands above the road with a small tip (without mineralisation) in the elbow of the hairpin.
Above the middle hairpin is the gated entrance to a level and about 50m up the hillside a fenced shaft collar though it looks as though the shaft was driven as an incline to the east towards a second shaft. There are a number of grassed tips but where loose material is exposed galena is frequently found.
A number of building ruins occupy the ground between the hairpin bends.
The 1888 Ordnace Survey map indicates an extensive spoil heap or sand dump more likely in the valley floor to the west however this is now completely grassed over. Dec., 2019
