A former surface and underground Ag-Au-Cu-Pb-Mn-Zn mine located in the NE¼ sec. 4, T.5N., R.4E. (Cave Creek 7.5 minute topo map), 1 mile South of Cave Creek, on private land.

Mineralization is a vein deposit and includes secondary copper minerals.

Developed to the 300 level. Ore from that level assayed at 5% Cu & 0.5 oz. Au/T.
