A former underground Ag-Au-Cu-Pb mine located near Providence. Produced 1929-1937.

Mineralization is a vein deposit with a tabular ore body hosted in the Lower Unit Spud Mountain Volcanics. Ore control was faulting and shearing. Ore concentration was oxidation and enrichment at near surface. No alteration was reported.

Area structures include foliation in Precambrian rocks which trends N25E. Veins parallel foliation for the most part.

Workings include a 100 foot deep shaft (1881).
