Innhavet (Lule Sami: Strávnjunnje) is a place in Hamarøy municipality in Nordland. The place is located near Straumsnesvika (Straumsnes Bay) in the Sagfjorden.
Innhavet is located along Europavei 6, between Fauske and Bognes. County road 662 runs from Innhavet to Finnøya. The buses between Fauske and Narvik, Harstad and Sortland often take a short break at Innhavet.
The Polar Railway, which the Germans planned and started construction of during World War II, was planned to have a station in Innhavet. The Hamarøy War Memorial Museum is located in Innhavet, and has among other things the railway construction with Soviet prisoners of war as its theme. In several places in the area near Innhavet and Tømmerneset further south there are remains of the railway construction and prison camps connected to it.
Sagfjord IL operates a light trail and ski lift near Innhavet, and also has plans to develop the ski lift into a larger alpine resort. The sports team also has activities in football and other ball sports, children's sports, skiing and mountain climbing.
