A former Au-Ag-Pb-Zn-Cu occurrence/mine located in the NW¼NE¼SW¼ sec. 7, T22N, R17W, G&SRM, N of Cerbat Wash, 0.5 km (0.3 mile) N of Cerbat and about ½ mile NW of the Golden Gem property, on private land within a Bureau of land Management administered area. Started in 1871 and closed in the late 1870's. Reopened in 1888 and closed in 1893, ultimate closure in 1915. Owned by the Flores Mining Company (1888-1893); and by the La Anozira Mining Company (1915). The USGS MRDS database stated accuracy for this locality is 1,000 meters.

Mineralization is a polymetallic deposit hosted in granitic schist. The ore body strikes N20E and dips 80-85NE at a width of width of 1.22 meters (4 feet). The mineralization is associated with a Late Cretaceous porphyry intrusion. The croppings are chiefly iron-stained quartz & breccia. Ore occurs mainly near the hanging wall of the vein. Mineralization also includes silver sulfide, not specifically identified. Associated rocks include Neoproterozoic granite. Local rocks include Early Proterozoic granitic rocks.

Regional geologic structures include Precambrian schistosity at N30E. Late Cretaceous veins, fissures, and dikes strike NW to NNW regionally.

Workings include underground openings comprised of a 95 foot deep shaft (1881) plus a 200 foot long tunnel. A shaft was 300 feet (91.44 meters) deep by 1907.
