A former underground Au-Ag mine located West of the Bunker Mine, about 1 mile SE of the Leghorn Mine and about 1¼ miles North of Cherry at an altitude of about 5,600 feet. Opened and closed about 1907 (1910 ?). Owned by Mr. Wombacher of Cherry.

Mineralization is a vein deposit that averages 2 feet in width, strikes N.45ºE. and dips 50ºW. in red & white granite. The ore body is tabular. Ore control was faulting and shearing. Ore concentration was oxidation at near surface. No alteration was noted. An associated rock unit is the informally-named Cherry Quartz Diorite.

Local; structures include massive and unfoliated quartz diorite.

Workings include a 260 foot deep incine and a 1,000 foot long exploratory adit but no ore was found.
