A Mn occurrence/group of claims located in sec. 30, T14N, R10E, G&SRM, 2.3 km (1.4 miles) NW of Clints Well (village), on patented (private) land. The Denison property is comprised of 9 patented claims.

Mineralization is a Mn deposit hosted in the Late Permian Kaibab Limestone with ore in seams and lenses. The ore body is 2.44 meters thick, 0.91 meter wide and 3.05 meters long. The majority of the deposits conform to strike and dip of the enclosing limestone.
