A group of two Cu-Ag-Au-Fe claims (Copper King No. 1 & Copper King No. 2) located in sec. 9, T3S, R17E, on the East side of Dick Spring Canyon, about 3 miles South of Tincup Spring, and about 5¾ miles W of the town of Coolidge Dam, southern Hayes Mountains. Started 1919. Relocated and reopened 1927. Initially discovered by Frank Cain, A.H. Gibson & J.C. Ginson. Relocated by Pollard K. & Wylomene Pearson as part of the Wylomene group of claims. NOTE: Alternate coordinates provided: 33.3278N, 110.8917W.

Mineralization is copper minerals in 2 northeast-striking fissures cutting diabase. The ore zone is 0.2 meters wide, strikes N70E and dips 85NW. Faults and fissures, trending E and NE, cut the Precambrian and Paleozoic rocks.

Workings include a pit, 2 adits and 2 shallow shafts to a depth of 18.29 meters.

Assay data: Sorted ore assayed 0.02 oz. Au and 0.9 oz. Ag to the ton, and 8.62% Cu.
