A paleochannel located 6.0 km (3.7 miles) SW of Goulding (San Juan County, Utah).

Mineralization is a channel deposit that trends N67E and is 300 feet (92 meters) wide and 40 feet deep and comprised of conglomeritic, crossbedded sandstone.
