A Au-Ag-Pb-Mn occurrence/mine located in the W½SW¼NE¼ sec. 15, T5N, R2E, BHM, on private land within a National Forest. Discovered in 1881. Year of first production was 1882. Owned by Lillian Fillmore (100%) (1976). The USGS MRDS database stated accuracy for this locality is 100 meters.

Mineralization is a polymetallic deposit. The ore body strikes N80W and dips 90N. The area is 259 HA and the depth-to-top is 2 meters. Ore body No. 1 is tabular and No. 2 is irregular. The primary mode of origin was contact metasomatism and the secondary mode was hydrothermal activity. Primary ore control was fracturing and the secondary control was bedding. Local rocks include the Pahasapa Limestone, Englewood Formation, Whitewood Limestone, Winnipeg Formation, and Deadwood Formation.
