Alteration: Silicification & Oxidation
Development: Several SE striking adits several sm. Prospects, 1 60 ft vert shaft and 1 15 ft deep shaft with wood frame & = 8 ft in dia. At collar
Geology: Adits near sam. Loc. 944 seem to explore a lo W SE dipping replaced & sheared horizon in laminated, slightly fetid. Sandy, grey-brown xtalline ls most of rk is highly fractured. Some silic & shows calcite veins. The sheared rk. Has feoxs & calcite min. On fractures. The rk on the dump is mostly silic ls with sm amt. Cuoxs & galena & some ls brx cemented with coarse calcite. Up the rd. Is a prominent wht. Dump which came from a 60 ft deep shaft. Rk nearby in otcp. Is silic. Juggy qtz vein & silic ls. With random qtz. Veinlets found on dump. In a prospect just E of this shaft a well exposed n50e, 45n W shear zone cuts dk grey ls. Brxintion & replaced ls. Is exposed on the hanging wall which is cut by a few sm. E- W faults (slicks found on otcp. Oriented e-w). Silic & calcite veining are found on both sides of NE shear. Pods of cuoxds. Found in replacement rk on dump. Cuoxs also occur in cemented of ls brx tin qtz vein on dump
