The Gasthuisdel quarry is a marl quarry in the Dutch municipality of Eijsden-Margraten. The underground quarry is located northeast of Bemelen in a branch of the Koelbosgrub dry valley near the Gasthuisdelleweg. On the other side of the Gasthuisdelleweg, the Krekelberg rises. The quarry is located on the west side of the Margraten Plateau in the transition to the Maas Valley. The quarry is located in the area of Bemelerberg & Schiepersberg.
About 400 meters to the southwest are the Groeve Onder de weg, Bemelerbos quarry I and Bemelerbos quarry III,
about 300 meters to the west is the Winkelberg quarry,
about 200 meters to the northwest is the Cluysberg quarry
and about 300 meters to the northeast are the Nevenkoelebos quarry and Koelebos quarry.
Before 1700, the Gasthuisdel Quarry III was put into use by block breakers, before 1800, Gasthuisdel Quarry II was put into use.
The Gasthuisdel quarry is a complex of several small quarries with five entrances. The quarry entrances are numbered from southeast to northwest on the Gasthuisdelleweg.
Gasthuisdel quarry I (50° 50′ 57″ N, 5° 46′ 30″ E) has a significant entrance area with numerous small corridors behind it.

Gasthuisdel quarry II (west) (50° 50′ 58″ N, 5° 46′ 27″ E)
Gasthuisdel quarry III (50° 51′ 0″ N, 5° 46′ 25″ E) has a relatively small entrance and is connected to two small corridor systems.
Gasthuisdel quarry IV (50° 51′ 1″ N, 5° 46′ 23″ E) has a descending corridor that goes ten meters deep.
