The Cadierdal Quarry III is a marl quarry in the Dutch municipality of Eijsden-Margraten. The underground quarry is located south of Cadier en Keer on the northern slope of the Dorregrubbe in the far northeast of the Savelsbos forest. The quarry is located on the western edge of the Margraten Plateau in the transition to the Maas Valley. At the site, the plateau plunges steeply for several meters. The Grubweg is located approximately 75 meters south of the quarry.

About 225 meters to the east is the Cadierdal quarry IV, about 750 meters to the southeast is the Blankenberg quarry, about 775 meters to the southwest is the Hamelsbach quarry and about 650 meters to the west are the Cadierdal quarry I and Cadierdal quarry II.

The quarry was mined by block crushers for the extraction of limestone blocks. At that time the local name was Hasenberg.

The quarry is a small quarry and has an area of ​​ten by five meters.

The quarry is open and not fenced. Bats and other animals can freely enter the quarry.

The quarry is carved in limestone from the lower part of the Maastricht Formation.
