A Au-Cu-Pb & minor Zn prospect (mine ?).
Mineralization is NW-striking quartz veins that parallel the Sunset Canyon fault. The veins lie along contacts between gabbro dikes and Middle Proterozoic granite and granite gneiss. Marble lies tectonically on Proterozoic basement rocks and crops out NE & SW of Arrastre Gulch. Gabbro dikes intruded the marble.
Workings include 7 shafts and a prospect pit.
