McMullin's Canyon claim
A silver and lead mining prospect first discovered in the 1860's located on National Forest Land in Grant Canyon of the Grant Mountain Range near the former settlement of Nyala (now a ghost town) in central Nevada. The mine was relocated several times with the last claim showing Margaret McMullin and Joe Pitino obtaining the property in 1946 then as owners in 1951. At one time there existed a 100' adit.
