Alteration: Hydrothermal Alteration; Silicification Of Wallrocks
Commodity: Clay is creamy white, hard and does not slump when wet
Deposit: Lens is thickest at s W end of the quarry and appears to pinch out in the face of the cliff to the ne. The quarry face is 25 ft high in the north quarry, which is partly underground, and is somewhat higher in the south quarry. Overburden is 20 to 50 ft thick.
Development: Worked intermittently between 1920 and 1930. 4 patented lode claims, a mill site and 4 unpatented claims. A large quantity of material was shipped
