Structure: Shear Zone, N 10-50 E.
Alteration: Minor Silicification
Deposit: 3-4 ft wide sheared Fe ox-stained white quartz vein in phyllite, paper shale; wall rock displays only minor silicification. Massive quartz vein follows N 50-80 E strike and is cut by N 10-50 E shear zone. Main workings follo W a zone of small quartz veins that strike N 60 w. Clots of dark brown fluffy hematite-limonite gossan in vein.
