Deposit: Listed As an active placer gold mine in 1980, employing 3 persons in an open pit mine and gravity concentration mill. ; info.src : 1 pub lit; 2 unpub rept; 3 field observ
Deposit type: Placer Au-PGE
Development: Active placer mine in 1980, employing 3 persons. Listed As active continuously 1980-1984 with 6 persons employed in 1983 but none in 1984. Field examination in 1984 revealed no current activity, but lots of excavation, metal building 40ft by 24 ft fairly new, in excellent condition, as well As a wood building in one of the pits a mill site, and a one-pipe rossi retort off the road below the metal building, and a few 10's of lbs of rock had been run through it.
