Deposit: Mn oxide minerals and lesser amounts of white vein quartz occur as veinlets and massive fracture filling. The manganese and quartz are epigemtic, but there is a tendency for the massive material to be stratabound. The entire outcrop of mineralized rock in the pit is about 1 m by 2 m.
