Alteration: Sulphides Leached Out Of Upper Workings

Deposit: Fissure vein, with quartzite sheeted parallel to vein. In 1902 a 10-stamp, amalgamating mill was built, near the lowest adit, later closed due to its inaccessabilty. About $120,000 was recorded in 1902-1903 prior to closure. Developement comprised about one mile of underground workings

Development: In 1902, a 10-stamp amalgamation mill was built near the lowest adit, and was later closed due to its inaccessibility. About $120,000 worth of ore was recovered in 1902-1903 prior to its closure.

Geology: The quartzite is sheeted parallel to the vein, and locally stratification parallels the vein, ore said to carry several dollars to the ton (1910.) a large proportion of which is free. The lode is displaced by two n.e. Trending faults which cause 30 to 60 feet of offset.
