The Viconia clay pits are a bird-rich nature reserve in Stuivekenskerke in the Belgian province of West Flanders. It is located at the rear of the Viconiahoeve. It was recognized as a nature reserve in 1981 and transferred to the Flemish Region in 1995.
The wetland area was created by clay extraction for the Nieuwpoort brickyard. Between 1945 and 1979, six shallow water-filled clay pits were formed on an area of 22 hectares. Due to a land consolidation, the nature reserve could be expanded by another eight hectares in 2001.
A walking path runs along the reserve and there are two bird hides that offer the opportunity to observe mainly waterfowl.
