39 miles SW of Marathon.
Occurrence is on or near the axis of an anticline. Carnotite in narrow fractures in limestone. Occurrence described as a solution feature in the Santa Elena limestone. Boquillas Formation collapsed into Santa Elena limestone.
Dates of activity: 1976 (exploratory drilling by Westinghouse).
