Old abandoned and flooded Devonian limestone quarry, west from Jaskulin village and south from Sosnowica Hill (Germ. Kieferberg), called by locals 'Czarci Staw' (Devil's Pond).

A small exposure of the rocks around the pond.

Isolated limestone occurrence between Paleozoic diabases, Culm Measures sediments and other rocks.
