Gåsvatn
A ca. 20 m wide, steeply in western direction dipping thulite horizon. In the early 1990's this occurrence was studied and several core drills were taken. It was concluded that the probality of this deposit to be of economic interest for large-scale production of dimension stone was too low to warrant further study. Small-scale production of stone for the production of souvenirs etc. might still be an option.
The LiDAR map suggests that some prospecting has taken place.
