The NGU registered two localities by the name "Bragold", at a distance of 500 m from each other.. The coordinates are given for the one that has been properly explored in 1980, with a 44,2 m long drillcore (VA0054).
The coordinates of the other locality are 58.6475450,7.0557450. None of these are clearly visible on the LiDAR map.
However, between these localties and just north of the Mindat locality are clearly visible adits/prospects at:
58.65375,7.05977
58.65009,7.05875
58.64979,7.05831
58.64969,7.05832
A previous effort to pinpoint Bragold was based upon MÜller et al (2015), but his coordinates do not correspond with those of the NGU. This requires further study.
