A prospect located about 6 miles North of the Betty Lee group of claims.

Mineralization is gneiss with steeply, Eastward-dipping pegmatite dike about 4 feet wide that is cut by irregular veins of vitreous, translucent, white quartz. The quartz is broken by many fractures.

Workings include a shallow shaft.
