A Au-Cu occurrence/prospect located in the NW¼ sec. 32, T30N, R17W, G&SRM, along the eastern side of Hualapai Wash.

Mineralization is well-developed, vertical, N50E-striking fault. Conspicuous cross faults include an E-W fault dipping 5S. A little copper staining occurs on brecciated blocks of quartz-carbonate-minor chalcopyrite blocks. Considerable sericitization and carbonatization of the country rock.

Workings include underground openings comprised of an adit at 150 meters SW of the lower dump of the Golden Gate Mine and a vertical shaft at the top of the ridge.
