A pair of Cu occurrences/prospects located in the NW¼ sec. 9, T29N, R17W, G&SRM, E of the Golden Mile Mine and West of the King Tut placers.
Mineralization is hematitic gossan associated with a 30 cm wide quartz vein, originally carrying abundant sulfides, including chalcopyrite. The vein dips moderately and parallels the dip of layering in enclosing gneiss and leucogranite complex. In the second prospect, a trace of chrysocolla was noted associated with a 1 meter wide quartz vein occupying a minor fault in nearly flat-lying amphibolite gneiss.
