Active quarry located at the southern tip of a quite large anticline NE-SW oriented extending from Udaipurwathi for about 15 km. This feature pertain to the Aravalli Range system.

At the quarry a pegmatite vein is cutting through meta-sediments of the Delhi Supergroup. The quarry is accessible from the road Bikaner-Jaipur about 13 km E-SE of Sikar.
