A gold polacer deposit area located 65 miles from Kingman on Boulder Dam highway.
Mineralization is an elevated bar (terrace) on the Colorado River formed largely by tributary canyons. The bar covers and area about 250 square feet near the outer bow of a curve in the river and rests upon an irregular surface of gneissic granite some 150 feet above the stream. Comprised of unassorted aggregate of boulders, gravel and sand. Black sand in abundant.
