Lourinhã e Atalaia (officially: União das Freguesias de Lourinhã e Atalaia) is a Portuguese parish in the municipality of Lourinhã, with an area of 46.48 km² and 12,342 inhabitants (2021 census).
It was established in 2013 as part of a national administrative reform, through the merger of the former parishes of Lourinhã and Atalaia. The seat of the new parish is located in Lourinhã, the more populated of the two original parishes (Wikipedia).
