Casegas and Ourondo (officially: União das Freguesias de Casegas e Ourondo) is a Portuguese parish in the municipality of Covilhã, with an area of 48.25 km².
It was established in 2013, as part of a national administrative reform, by aggregating the former parishes of Casegas and Ourondo and has its headquarters in Casegas.
