A former Ag-Au-Cu-Pb-Zn occurrence/mine located in the NW¼SW¼ sec. 4, T22N, R17W, G&SRM, about 1.5 miles N of Silver Mountain. Previous owners and operators include Peerless Mines Development Company (1924); Arizona Premier Mines Company (1926); Reed Mining; G.E. Bowens; Dean M. Hogue; L.L. Robinson; and the Bevis Devide Mining Company (1927). Owned & operated by Harrison Mining, Kingman, Arizona (1987). Closed in 1953. The USGS MRDS database stated accuracy for this locality is 500 meters.

Mineralization is a hydrothermal vein deposit hosted in schist, gneiss and granite, with ore shoots in the Diamond Joe stock. The ore body strikes N35W and dips 90N at a width of 9.14 meters, length of 182.88 meters and a depth-to-top of 61 meters. It is a pipelike fissure vein. The primary mode of origin was hydrothermal activity. Primary ore control was folding and the secondary control was fracturing. Precambrian schistosity strikes N30E. Veins, fissures and dikes strike NW to NNW regionally. Associated rocks include the Neoproterozoic Ithaca Peak granite. Local rocks include Early Proterozoic granitic rocks.

Workings include surface and underground openings with a length of 426.72 meters and an overall depth of 200 meters. They consist of a crosscut tunnel around 600 feet long cutting the Fountainhead vein at 100 feet level and continuing on to the Banner vein. A 130 foot shaft connects to the tunnel. Drifts driven at the 200 foot level were reached by a crosscut from the Silver Legion shaft.
