A former Au-Ag-Cu occurrence/mine located in the NE¼ sec. 19, T29N, R17W, G&SRM, on Bureau of Land Management administered land. The USGS MRDS database stated accuracy for this locality is 500 meters.

Mineralization is a NW-striking shear zone dipping 65SW. Damp clay gouge is contorted and locally contains some quartz veinlets which mushroom into quartz stringers. local rocks include Early Proterozoic metamorphic rocks.

Workings include unspecified underground openings.
