A former Au-Ag-Zn-Cu-Pb occurrence/mine located in the NE¼SE¼ sec. 2, T19N, R15W, G&SRM, in the SW portion of the Mohave Mountains, 15 miles SE of Kingman and about 55 road miles from Topock, on Bureau of Land Management administered land. Owned by M. and P. Yukoye, Arizona (1942) & by J.H., Knight, Arizona (1942). Owned by A. Kempf.

Mineralization is a polymetallic deposit hosted in gneiss. The ore body is comprised of stringers/veins that strike northeastward, transverse to the schistosity, and dip steeply southeastward. Widths vary from less than 1 inch up to 1½ feet (.5 meters), and average a few inches. Mined portion of the principal vein was 30 inches wide. Mineralization includes secondary copper minerals. Local rocks include Early Proterozoic granitic rocks.
Workings include surface and underground openings comprised of several shallow shafts and short tunnels.
Analytical data results gave 0.02 ounce Au/ton, 18.6 ounces Ag/ton, 1.52% Cu, 8.5% Pb and 5.1% Zn.
