A Cu-Ag-Au-Pb-Zn mining area located in T11-12S, R5E, G&SRM, (protracted), in the Santa Rosa Mountains.

Mineralization is oxidized copper, silver, lead, zinc, and gold mineralization along shear and fault zones in metamorphic schist intruded by Laramide granitic intrusive and in the intrusive. Mainly quartz gangue. Andesite dikes.

Workings are numerous small prospects and mines, mainly in the SW¼ T11S, R5E and T12S, R5E, G&SRM (protracted), at the North and South ends of the Santa Rosa Mts.

Total sporadic production from 1916 to 1940 was some 200 tons of ore containing about 9 tons of Cu, 2,000 ounces Ag, 3.5 tons Pb, and 60 ounces Au.
