A former Cu-Ag-W mine located in the SE¼NE¼SE¼ sec. 25, T.17S., R.12E. & the SW ¼ sec. 30, T.17S., R. 13E. (Twin Buttes 15 minute topo map). Owned at times, or in part, by Pemberton, and, Serasio.

Mineralization is irregular and small, largely oxidized, pyrometasomatic deposits containing copper and sporadic scheelite, mainly along small veins and shear zones in Paleozoic limestone and quartzite, near the contact with Laramide quartz monzonite intrusive.

Workings include shaft operations. Sporadic production occurred from 1911 to the mid-1940's, yielding a few hundred tons of ore averaging 3 to 7% Cu and a few oz. of silver/T. About 20 tons of 4% WO3 were also reported as shipped.
