A former surface quartz/silica mine located in the SE ¼ sec. 19, T.14S., R.2W. (sec. 18, T14S, R6W ??). Owned by the Denning Mining Co. NOTE: Alternate coordinates provided: 32.16667N, 112.45833W; and, 32.20639N, 112.91778W; and, 32.1903N, 112.5089W.

Mineralization is strong, irregular quartz veins cutting Laramide granitic intrusive.

Workings are open cuts, supplying silica flux for the Ajo smelter.
