A former small surface and underground W-Cu-Pb-Ag-Mo-Au group of claims located in secs. 4, 8 & 9 T.18S., R.17E., a few hundred feet SE of the Hilton Ranch buildings, 30 miles SE of Tucson and 9 miles SSW of Pantano. First produced 1935. Closed 1947. Operators included E.P. Hilton, Tucson Ore Milling, and Arthur C. Jacobs.

Mineralization is disseminated scheelite and powellite with sparse copper and lead carbonates in marmolized, garnetized, silicated, and epidotized Paleozoic limestone beds close to Laramide quartz monzonite intrusive. Host rock units are the Horquilla Limestone and the Earp Formation. An associated rock unit is the Sycamore Canyon Stock. The ore body is 1,206.98 meters long and 4.57 meters wide.

A belt of altered limestone, intruded by granite on both sides, extends NE for 3/4 miles from near the Hilton Ranch House. Similar deposits occur a few hundred feet NE, where the quartz monzonite-granodiorite intrudes carboniferous limestone at the base of a long ridge.

Workings include shallow openings and a 150 foot long tunnel with a 60 foot winze at the breast. A small amount of 0.5-0.75% WO3 ore was produced in 1941. Small base metal production. The ore in places runs about 400 oz. Ag/T.
