A former small surface and underground Cu-Ag-Au mine located in West-central sec. 7, T.12S., R.3E. (protracted) (Gu Achi 15 minute topo map), in the Sheridan Mountains, 6½ miles NW of Gu Achi and 45 miles SW of Casa Grande. Owned by Westbrook & DeRhodes.

Mineralization is oxidized quartz fissure veins with surface enrichment of gold, silver and copper in Laramide metamorphic schist and phyllite. An associated rock unit is diorite.

Workings include shallow shaft(s) and pits. A few tons of ore averaging about 4% Cu, 3.5 oz. Au/T, and 8 oz. Ag/T, were shipped in 1924.
