A former small surface and underground Cu-Mo-Au-Ag-Pb mine located on 10 claims of approximately 20 acres each, in North-central sec. 2, T.20S., R.7E., between Weaver and Juniper Canyons, 16.5 miles NNW of Sasabe on private land. Owned by the Arizona Molybdenum Co.

Mineralization is lensing, quartz-feldspar, pegmatitic veins and dikes containing spotty base metal sulfides and molybdenite, cutting coarse-grained Laramide granitic intrusive. Feldspar is highly altered. The ore body is 3.05 meters wide.

Workings include shallow shafts and pits. There has been no recorded production but reportedly operated a flotation plant for molybdenum concentrate in 1917. Assay gave: 2.2 oz./t Ag, 1.8 oz/t Au & 3.9% Cu.
