A former surface and underground Cu-Ag-Au-Mo-Baryte mine located in the SW¼NE¼SW¼ sec. 33, T.14S., R.13E. (Cat Mountain 7.5 minute topo map). Owned at times, or in part, by Pellegrin; and, the Arizona Mission Mines Co.

Mineralization is spotty, oxidized lead and copper mineralization along a fracture zone in Cretaceous rhyolite.

Workings include shallow shafts, tunnels, and open pits. Worked sporadically from 1918 through 1938, producing some 71 tons averaging about 3% Pb, 2% Cu, 6 oz. Ag/T and 0.2 oz. Au/T.
